Why both sides look so different
Outside glass collects road film, pollen, sprinkler spotting, salt spray and rain runoff carrying whatever was on the roof. Inside glass collects cooking film, dust, fingerprints, pet nose prints and, in winter, condensation residue along the bottom edge.
They're two different kinds of dirty, and cleaning only one is why some windows still look hazy after a service. When both sides are done in the same visit, the glass genuinely disappears.
What exterior service covers
Every exterior pane scrubbed and squeegeed edge to edge, then the perimeter detailed so no drips dry along the frame. Exterior frames wiped down. Ground-level and upper-floor glass both handled, using water-fed poles where a ladder isn't the safer option.
Exterior-only is the most popular spring booking in Chicagoland, because it's winter that does the most visible damage to outside glass.
What interior service covers
Interior glass cleaned pane by pane, then the detail work: tracks vacuumed out and wiped, sills cleaned, frames wiped down. This is the part most people notice most, because the track is the thing you look at while you're standing at the window.
Screens can be pulled, cleaned and reinstalled during an interior visit if you add screen cleaning to your quote.

Every job ends with a walkthrough. We go window to window with you while we're still on site, so anything you're not happy with gets fixed then and there rather than becoming a phone call later.

Should I book interior, exterior or both?+
If it's been a year or more, book both, the difference is dramatic and you only pay one trip charge's worth of setup. If you had a full clean recently, exterior-only in spring is usually enough to reset things.

Yes, exterior-only costs less than a full interior and exterior clean. You'll see the exact difference in your quote before you book anything.
What's included on the interior side?+
Interior glass, plus window tracks vacuumed and wiped, and sills and frames cleaned. Screens can be added on.
Do you move furniture?+
We move what needs moving to reach a window safely, carefully, and we put it back exactly where it was. Anything fragile or heavy we'll ask you about first.
Can you do exterior in winter?+
We work through most of the year but hold off when temperatures or ice make exterior work unsafe or ineffective. We'll be straight with you about timing when you call.
