Agreement
These terms apply when you request a quote from or book work with Pane Perfection IL LLC, operating as Pane Perfection IL. Using this website or booking our services means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us: the number of windows, whether you want interior, exterior or both, and access to the property. If conditions on site are materially different from what was described, we will tell you and confirm an updated price with you before doing any additional work. We never add charges without your approval.
Scheduling and cancellations
We'll confirm a date and an arrival window with you. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can and we'll find a new slot. Severe weather can delay exterior work; if that happens we'll contact you and reschedule at no cost.
Access and property condition
We need safe access to the windows being cleaned, including clear paths around the exterior and any gate or alarm codes. Some windows cannot be cleaned safely, for example painted-shut sashes, damaged frames, unstable ground under a ladder, or glass that is already cracked. We'll point these out rather than risk damage, and they'll be excluded from the job.
Pre-existing damage
Cleaning can reveal existing scratches, hard water etching, failed seals or damaged screens that were hidden under dirt. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, but we will always show you what we find.
Satisfaction
We finish every job with a walkthrough. If something isn't right, tell us during the walkthrough or within 48 hours and we'll come back and correct it.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we've agreed otherwise in writing for commercial or recurring accounts.
Insurance
Pane Perfection IL is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.
